Contravention of the National Credit Act.

Very poor customer service. Got a phone call from Lenah who rudely informed me regarding some bogus FNB accounts. I have never had a FNB account. After asking to send my lawyer proof of these so called accounts none was forthcoming. When I phoned back to ask Lenah where these documents are, she didn't even bother to speak to me and I was swiftly moved to a gentleman by the name of Mafa. Mafa confirmed that there are no documents and all they have is a telephone number and amounts for "accounts", other than that, they have no documentation. Please remove my number from your "system" otherwise I will be going to the police and opening a case of harassment.
