Contempt of a court order

I have been placed under debt review. I have an numerous occasions sent to this collections company my verified court order with the official Magistrate Stamp on. Not only is interest being charged on my account,but the very rude and unprofessional staff are harassing me at work and my family at their home.

My debt councillors have request Capitec Bank to reinstate my review. This was apparently not done.

I am going to approach an attorney at legal aid on the basis of a ******** offense,as the bank and it's representative is in contempt of a court order.

I suffer from severe depression and anxiety. I will be seeing my psychologist as well for clinical notes and you will be held liable for these expenses as well. Further I will insist that the debt be written off. Michelle Jonker
