I am writing to formally request that you stop calling my workplace immediately. I did not provide you with permission to contact me at my place of employment, and your calls are causing unnecessary disturbances and stress.

Please remove my work number from your records and refrain from contacting me there in the future. All further communication should be directed to my personal phone or email.

Failure to comply with this request may be reported as harassment to the appropriate authorities.
