******* calls from vertex without a proper mandate

Can Veryex solutions stop calling people without a signed mandate from the company who requested their service . These cold calls is ******* against the popi act I have requested on numerous occasions to view the written mandate from wesbank to vertex to call me -> the company vertex has issued me with an invalid mandate since 2021 when files are with them from 2023 -> they are ****mers and there call centre don’t know what’s a mandate I have requested this letter from over 10 callers . Their should be a ban to call centres who cold call without having proper paper work in order .
