Reference number: NBA - ***<br> <br> Today - 2015-02-16 - I called *** and spoke with a person named Bridgette. After she was given the information required, she was only interested in making arrangements and not to listen to any explanation. when asked to be put through to her Supervisor / manager or the Owner of the company, she kept stating that she is willing to help. When I gave her my mobile number and asked her to call me, she now stated that the line was bad and could not hear me. I repeated my mobile number several times, which she confirmed. I again asked her to call me, she then kept asking what she must do with my mobile number. <br> <br> It was clear that she was only interested in making arrangements for payment to them, and not in assisting the customer.<br> <br> I require a certified copy of the original contract as well as a certified copy of a statement stating the date and amount of the last payment.<br> <br> Without the above documentation being received within a period of no longer than 21 days, I will consider this matter finalized.<br> <br> Thanking you in advance
