Bad service

This company is just not a great help, all you get is a back and fourth regards there assistance my query has been with there finance department like forever which i find it unfair serious because its very annoying Recieving call from them but they unable to assist ... mxm arg ....sent them my bank statement which they claimed I reversed the debit order that was arranged but i haven't received any form of feedback at least try but nix..... customer service is very poor 👎👎
