bad service

My fnb account was handed over to ver-tex solutions. I made an arrangement with them on how to pay and I stuck to my agreement on the 2nd of September I settled the account sent them my prove of payment then I was told that the reference number doesn't corresponds with theirs but I got it from fnb when that was sorted I was told they are waiting to fnb to send them the latest statement fnb sent me a payed up letter which I sent to a Lady called salaminah. Come month end nothing was done sent an email and I was told she will see when finance refund the debit order. Month end my money was deducted on an account which I payed up and supp**** a played up letter up to this day I must still keep asking what is happening for more than a month she has been telling me she is still waiting for a latest statement which I feel she is just saying as a statement is a few minutes thing. I'm so disappointed as this is spoiling my credit score
