Bad management

These people have been calling me for over a year for someone else’s account. For over a year I have been reeling them they have the wrong number. This week I have had 5 calls and then when I ask for their names they put the phone down on me. I can’t believe we have a bunch of thick people in this company. When I asked to speak to a manger I get some smart ass thinking they are now the boss and still no joy.
