Assistance needed

Extremely upset I spoke to a lady today to verify as the website is not going through she was screaming at me I asked to speak to a manager she refuses to put me through she said why must she put me through when the manager will tell me the same thing

The last lady I spoke to was helpful ! I think her name is Lindiwe if I'm not mistaken

Please can I find out why the website is not working
