Arrears even when paying every month
My loan with Capitec was in arrears, Bertex Solutions called and we agreed on R500 debit every month. To my surprise the account is said to be in arrears since June 2023 to Nov 2023, yet I have never missed a payment. Where is my money going or who is collecting my money ? Vertex Solutions, I need answers
