ANGRY client for poor service

I Nosipho Bridget Mgaga contact number *** had a terrible experience with Ver-tex solutions and Capitec, I have two accounts with Capitec that were handed over to them ver-tex solutions however one account was credit card and its paid up according to the settlement figure I was given by ver-tex solutions and now ver-tex is refusing to provide me with the paid up letter and update the bureaus and they told me that I have to settle my loan account before they issue a paid up letter of which this doesn't make sense as this are two different accounts I have contacted Capitec they confirmed that ver-tex solutions must provide me with paid up letter. I have laid a complaint with NCR .I hope that you too will be able to assist
