Angry client for poor service

I Nosipho mgaga *** had a terrible experience with ver-tex solution's and capitec...I have two accounts with capitec that are handed over to ver-tex solution's and I have settled capitec credit card as ver-tex gave me a settlement figure and now they are telling me that they can't give me paid up letter because I have to settle the loan account too of which to me that doesn't make sense to me coz this are two different accounts and when i contacted Capitec they are telling that ver-tex solution's must give me paid up letter but they are refusing..i have laid a complaint with NCR il also contact ombudsman for help. Hello Peter please help me
