Agreement without copy to the customer

White guy came today with papers for me to sign so that I can start paying the amount back to them. He even said something about court. He requested my account number,and asking if I have an app on my phone to approve a debit check as if we having an agreement on that. He even refuse to give me a copy of that paper he had of which by law you can't make me sign without letting me read everything. This company is ****ming people.
