Account paid in full but no paid up letter.

I have paid my Capfin account in full as per settlement letter received from Vertex the 13 June 2019. I have send them the paid up letter on the 20 June 2019. Till to date I have not received an paid up letter as yet. Nor was my name removed from all the ITC'S. Is this the way to go to do business? Forward my paid up letter at once! Or I will take this matter further!
