Account handed over in 2011, Sattled in 2012

My account with Finbond was handed over to Ver-Tex in 2011, Was contacted about it in and Settled it in 2012. 3 years later i receive a text saying i have an Outstanding amount on my acc.<br> <br> Called the number provided on the text they ask me if i still have proof of payment? Its been 3 years, since i was not receiving anymore calls i didn't keep any. <br> <br> After all this years. What the F!<br> <br>
