Would not recommend to anybody 0/10

Intermittent service. Staff are extremely unhelpful. They removed my previous review due it being "slanderous/generalised", however if I remember correctly, I only said that I would not recommend to anyone. Last week they blamed my intermittent internet on the upgrades they were making to allow for more bandwith, after said point where they said the internet would return to normal it continued and got worse. They then claimed it was the hardware, this being the same excuse for the previous lack of internet. The internet eventually stopped working entirely and then a day or two later it miraculously started working again. Cant see how the hardware fixed itself. I have also spoken to numerous residents of the San Lameer complex and they have informed me that they are also struggling with VentureNet. They are supposed to come out today to sort out the "hardware" issue as per Deon. Lets see if they do.

Dear josh, The issue has been resolved now, and we found that the line was being fully utized by your wifes computer using a torrent manager that utilised all of your bandwidth. We are sorry that you did not pick this up, but once you cooperated it was quickly solved.

Once again, the absolute worst excuse under the planet. Doesnt account for the fact that the torrent manager only works when the application is opened in a tab via an internet browser. To be honest how can torrents utilise all of the bandwith when the application is open, and even when it is open, nothing is downloading because the service isnt working. It also is apparent that they seem to have forgotten that they fiddled around in the terminal coding of my computer in order to fix the issue. I assume that it was to connect our hardware to the correct sector as has been previously noted in an email by them stating that e are connected to the wrong one. But then again who knows as that is but one of several excuses I have been told over the space of 2-3 months. In anycase, at least the internet is working fine now, downloading just fine without compromising my actual general internet usage. As a side note, if one can see the original reply of attending to the problem after the easter weekend, take note of the date of this reply, it only got sorted out yesterday because I had to phone them to sort it out. Even still this took the better half of a day to sort out as none of the company was contactable except for someone from a different branch. Even after replying as such they still tell me yesterday that now all of a sudden the technicians have no permits to come to the house and sort the issue out. I have to compromise my privacy as they have clearly revealed and breached by sorting the issue out via a teamviewer type program called Anydesk. If this is how a professional company operates then someone please inject me with corona.

Just incase they try to delete their previous comments, here are the references.
