VANGALAND PARYS SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!

We have been making use of Venga land for almost 2 years with no issues at all. our streaming never buffered; the internet was stable. That was before the set up the new 5G tower in Vredefort. Now the line drops more often than what it is up. I lose connecting while in meetings. When you complaint about it, the answer is that if you are not happy, tell you we will come and remove our hardware if the service does not suit you. Is that the way to deal with your customers. I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT FEELS THAT WAY BUT MOST PROBABLE THE ONLY ONE WHO WILL NOT BE STAIFIED WITH MEDIOCRE SERVICES AS I AM IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY MYSELF.
