Upgrade completed without delivery of new phone

I was called by an agent to do an upgrade to my existing contact. I chose my phone and concluded all the application and verification before the 13/10/2015. I was told that my new phone would be delivered within 5 working days to my home by courier and to have my ID and FICA documents available. To date nothing has arrived. However I HAVE BEEN DEBITED and I received an upgrade congratulations sms from MTN. This is breach of contract, you do not take money from someone without delivery of the goods. MTN deny any involvement and could not help me.
