Good day Complaints Department<br> <br> I am at my last resort to send you this letter of complaint.<br> <br> My claim under nr C575184 for 573231 was authorised a few months ago at Miway Insurance. Their Assessor, Gavin Parker *** assessed the vehicle and found a few previous damages on the vehicle that needed to be repaired by Velocity Cars seeing the car was bought only a few months prior to my claim. The vehicle was taken to the dealer (Velocity Cars in Century City, Cape Town) tel nr 021- *** Niaaz. They were suppose to repair the \old"damages before the spray work can proceed by the panel beater from Miway Insurance.<br> <br> Now after months of up and down hassles I am still in the same passion with my car not fixed.<br> <br> The dealer (Velocity) send the vehicle to an accredited panel beater where they found no fault or previous damages"
