NO DELIVERY POOR SERVICE NO FEEDBACK

I was contacted to upgrade my mtn contract which I agreed to. Weeks later I have not received my phone, although the money was deducted from my bank account almost immediately, I have phoned the call centre numerous times to find out what is going on, and they just say they will get back to me and no one ever does. I am beyond fed up with this poor service.
