<p>There are no words to explain the kind of ****ed off I am!!!</p> <p>An agent from your FNB Connect sales department has **********ly activated a contract on my name AND debited my account. </p> <p>I did not agree to this, I have not even inserted the FNB Connect sim into my phone?!</p> <p>This agent has instigated a whirlwind of inconvenience for me because I cannot make calls, sms or whatsapp due to my original sim card (which is still in my phone) being deactivated. My number has been ported to the FNB Connect sim card, without my consent or knowledge.</p> <p>What if I have an emergency? How do I contact anyone for help, I can't even do my banking. </p> <p>This is now costing me MY time and money because I have to buy another sim card to rectivate my number. AND I'm going to lose my sim contacts!</p> <p>I want this sorted out and NOW!!!</p>
