*****ly present themself as MTN

I had a call from Velociti today claiming that they are the call-center of MTN. They had all my details including my ID nr, and bank info. The caller insisted the whole time they are MTN and that they will renew my contract which are due. I asked her who supp**** her my details and she said that it is MTN as they are part of MTN and raising more questions as I got suspicious they transferred me to the supervisor who eventually admitted that they are a 3rd party and not MTN. This is a serious breach of my existing contract with MTN as under no circumstances did I give them my permission to provide anyone with my personal details nor my ID nor my bank details. They also went against the Protection of Personal Information Act of 2013.<br> Please be aware they are not whom they pretend to be.
