CALL CENTRE - MTN - Phone UPGRADE

Beginning August 2015, received call from above mentioned company for a cellphone contract renewal.<br> Deal was made to supply a Iphone 6 plus with my current contract package -no upgrade needed as I was told<br> that my current package was sufficient for the Iphone 6 plus -<br> Been fighting with them from week 2 as no phone had been delivered, it is now week 3. In week 3 I was told that my contract was not sufficient for a renewal to the Iphone 6 plus and they cannot upgrade it and that I should rather go to MTN Myself to get a new phone.<br> <br> Worst company I have had the pleasure of dealing with in 2015. Do no even try them.Left hand doesn't know what the right is doing.
