Hi Support - just checked the status on my package and STILL NO UPDATE SINCE 27 JAN!!!!!! 39 DAYS IS TRANSIT!!!!!

Even tried to contact the courier company and they don't respond either!!!! Pls process my refund ASAP as my package is clearly lost - you appointment the courier company so you should not make it my problem when they don't deliver!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! Rhodene
