Velarp. Avoid at all costs
No stars actually. Received a shoulder brace. Could not wear it as strap cut across my neck. Will only refund if package has not been opened!! How can you not open the package and try the article on? It cost me R680

****** THAT LIE TO YOYR FACE AND REFUSE TO GIVE ME A REFUND!!!! Hi Support - just checked the status on my package and STILL NO UPDATE SINCE 27 JAN!!!!!! 39 DAYS IS TRANSIT!!!!! Even tried to contact the courier company and they don't respond either!!!! Pls process my refund ASAP as my package is clearly lost - you appointment the courier company so you should not make it my problem when they don't deliver!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! Don't trust Facebook adverts :Velarp
Another Online selling company using Facebook to ****. Appears to be genuine and sells "medical" apparatus for sciatic nerve assistance. Credited by a "Dr". A fictitious order number and tracker which runs for a few days and then comes to an end stating the item has been delivered. An email address is provided wich looks genuine but never replies. A loss of over R600. First check reviews!
