Fibre Installation application

Have waited for more than a year for my Fibre Installation. Very quick and rapid response received when reporting to Vox Telecom ; my Internet Service Provider. Had a local representative ( Ashley Van Blerk ) ; with three or four other gentleman with her , completed and submitted more forms to her on the 12th of September 2021. Still NO JOY to date. Havr corresponded with a Petro Louw on the 21st of September 2021. Again corresponded with a Petro Louw on the 30th of September 2021. NO ANSWER OR ANY INFORMATION FORTHCOMING?????? This is just plain poor service!!!!!!!!!
