Vcontractor is pathetic

Hello Peter I had an eceptionally bad experience with VContractors. These are contractors for Vodacom for online service and purchases. I ordered 3 contract phones in the beginning of December 2024 with Simone Naidoo who, once she got the deal, failed to give attention in keeping me updated on the delays. Her communication skills is pathetic and she does not call back when i call in numerous times to find out what is happening with my order, nor does she reply properly instead she gives one liner replies. I want to cancel this deal
