PATHETIC SERVICE OF VODACOM INSURANCE

They are dealed with Vodacom Insurance. Their service are pathetic. I paid for years now double payments for Insurance on one phone. I called them and the lady gave me her direct emailaddress (molemo.ma*******) to see what she can do, but this emailadress is not right and she spelled it to me and I spelled it back to her. Then I send an email to the Vodacom Insurance and they ignored my email flat. Pathetic. They must call or email me on *** or ***.
