Hello Peter I had a bad experience with VContractors. These are contractors for Vodacom for online service and purchases. I ordered the phone, they delivered a wrong phone, when I asked them to collect it, they do not cooperate. I am still with a packed phone even up to now. No one is coming to collect it. Its over a month now without a phone. They indirectly force me to use this one and I can't. I'm still waiting. They are not responsive. What can I do now? Please instruct them to come collect asap. I cannot advice anyone to buy a phone online through vodacom. Please assist me please.
