worst service ever

I bought mtn wifi router through vasco connect on the 1st of October, still today it hasn't been activated, I have been sending emails and calling but no one is assisting that time I am working from home, the pain of buying data while I have a non working router in my house that I fully paid for, tell me how fair is that
