Vasco Connect is the worst cellular service provider ever

Terrible service all round from Vasco Connect. In fact I wonder why cellular phones service providers even subcontracted this terrible company. One of their agents failed to disclose they are selling me pre owned devices when they called me for MTN online purchasing transaction. I want to cancel this transaction and they are not answering calls nor emails.
