Malicious practice and **** to lure customers

The company consultants engaged in plan upgrade for MTN are using malicious practices / ****s to lure customers.

I was called by a consultant yesterday to offer upgrade with better plan for same price. I accepted. The same guy calls again after sometime to say that the plan offered is different (worse that what he earlier offered and my current plan). I requested him to not change my current plan, he agreed. My data and call time were not available after last call.

Further update. I called MTan, they advised that only Vasco Connect can rectify this issue. I called Vasco Connect number from their website *** on Friday around 10am, was on hold for over 8 minutes no answer. Then visited MTN store in Sandton City over weekend. MTN Consultant at store confirmed that package of one number in my profile was changed by Vasco Connect Consultant. He sent an internal mail to channels with call timings to check record and rectify the issue. Waiting for my package to revert to original.

Update - No response from Vasco Connect on reversing the unauthorized plan by their consultant.
