Excellent service but wrong phone due to lack of knowledge

I app**** for a contract on 13/01/25.I told Mr Zulu that I want an IPhone 16.Ref no:BA*** Customer no :*** When it arrivedon 14/01/25 it is an IPhone 16 but it's too small. I tried to call Vasco back without success. 083135 number doesn't work. Have returned the phone to MTN Mall of Africa. Mzuwakhe Zulu gave me the best service but due to my lack of knowledge I got the wrong phone. Actually I want an IPhone 16 Pro not 16
