Bad service

Good day

Im trying to reach vasco connect i app**** for a contract with them in January and i no longer required the phone and returned it to store but now the phone is not cancelled and im still being debited, i callef mtn but they are unable to assist, they are saying i must cancel the contract through you and not them so the numbers that were given to me do not work.

Please assist me and cancel this immediately. This is is not good service ar all
