Bad Bad Bad service.

I would personally not recommend this ***** of a company. they don't respond and when they eventually do it's like you are talking to a grade 1 student .I paid my hard money for service not rendered and I would be told Telkom upgraded their system over the weekend and it's delaying to finish off. What kind of a software that take over two days to upgrade or whatever hell they are doing?
