Deception to get sales!!!

I was recently contacted by Mobile Talk on behalf of Telkom, gave them all of my details, including banking details to set up a new WiFi. I was contacted about a week later from someone referring to this order and stating that they wanted to confirm my details, we went through all the details again and he said I'd be sent an e-mail with the confirmation and wouldn't you know it I get an e-mail from VAS Network who is affiliated with Mobile Talk and they are now charging me extra for 4 new services I know nothing about and did not agree to!!! When I try to call them to cancel their 'system' is conveniently down! This type of 'sales' technique/ deception is despicable!
