This institution is the absolute worst, you pay so much money and the service you get is the worst. I have been sent to so many wrong places for what should be a simple document, when I finally get to the right place I am given attitude then told to follow more ridiculous steps. Would never recommend this place. It is not worth the money they charge.

Reviewer Update
So, someone called me last night at around 6:30, they however told me they were not gonna be able to help and that they would get me someone to help by emailing the relevant team and CC-ing me on the email. They did that, however there has been no confirmation of me getting any help or who will be helping me with this issue. Can you get your people to do this please because the email I sent over an hour ago has not been responded to. The lady I spoke to had said that there would be clear direction to all of this.

Lucas Mohale Head Academic Operations has still not come back to me. Lucas promised to get back to me shortly at 14h28 but seems to have either forgotten or simply cannot be bothered to give an update.
