Worst registration experience

I've been trying to register with the online campus for 2 weeks and nobody seems to be able to give me my student number or password for the registration portal. I have sent multiple emails, used the registration helpline 3 times and have called 12 times, only 4 of which did I actually get through to someone but was then either cut off or told that they can't help me. Very disappointing service from a private institution who says that you'll never be treated as a number. It's starting to feel like they want to get the late registration fee out of you by withholding information when you've already paid the pre-registration fee and are relying on their responses which are often slow and unhelpful. Getting any response out of anyone would feel like a miracle at this point.
