Website is ridiculous to work witth, when you do find a contact person they are incompetant

Varsity College, Rosebank college, IIE MSA, all ***********, I asked last week on mail to Lauren Latter, to transfer me to someone who can assist me to do an application online, because when you do an onlie application it isnt the actual application, they send you a confirmation of an open day, I dont want to attend open days I just want to do an online application for what my daughter need to study, and know what the fees are and if online studying is possible, but knowone replies, and the online application is for an open day, not a user friendly website, so hard just to apply,
