Wanting money for nothing

They are trying to force me to pay for a year of studying I never did. I started registering and then didn’t complete it as I did not have the means to study. Now they want me to pay R21k for a year of studying that was never done. Their staff cannot even read an email and send you a statement. They can easily see on their system that I never logged in, bought books, books or anything like that. I have been fighting this since last year.
