VC online experience

I tried switching to VC online the beginning of the year and they completely missed up my registration. I was registered later for the semester because they had me registered as a 1st year student instead of a 3rd year student. After multiple calls, message and emails I decided to take a gap year. This happened in March, it is now July and I'm still struggling to get them to cancel my registration. This is thousands of Rand's paid every month and my registration is still not cancelled. When I called they constantly tell me they will get back to and never do. They have now told me that they are unable to defer me, as it is second semester but I have previously requested to be defered.
