VC Online

It seems we have to resort to hellopeter to get assistance with VC as there is no help internally despite the VC Assist calls we need to log! We are 2nd week into Semester 2 and have not received feedback on our Semester 1 results. Next week the supplementaries start and the information on payment for these have already been communicated but no confirmation on our results. Last night I attended the first one of the Semester 2 classes and we were advised that our assignment submission is due next week Tuesday 😱. This happened in Semester 1 where they battled to get my modules loaded online and when I requested an extension to do the assignment it was granted but no results posted for it. I sincerely hope VC gets their online channel sorted out as we pay too much school fees for the value we receive.
