VC LACK OF SUPPORT STRIKES AGAIN!

Well here we go again. I truly am so fed up with this institution. The lack of utter respect and support that VC has for its students is mind blowing. I completely understand there will be a high demand for tickets being logged in an institution, but I logged a ticket on MONDAY asking a simple question, trying to confirm the exam venue I am writing at for the June Exams and here we are on FRIDAY with absolutely no response whatsoever. I understand you guys get a lot of tickets lodged but honestly, it's pathetic that some people wait over a week for a simple response. This occurs on a 9 times out of 10 basis and it honestly gets so frustrating at the lack of support students recieve when it comes to students trying to find out information about certain things within the institution and their degree. Truly fed up.
