VC Distance 👎

Literally experiencing the worst possible service from Varsity college distance. Marks are captured incorrectly. I logged various tickets and get no assistance. I haven't been able to receive any communication from vc via email for over a year , all I get told is the matter has been escalated and the list goes on. Seems like the new system only works well when debiting students accounts 🤔
