VC admin and registration NIGHTMARE

Every year at the start of the year it is the same rush and struggle to register as if everyone in admin and IT only wakes up after registration opens! I have been under so much pressure and stress to sort out my registration and yet no one at the VC Online offices or the VC whatsapp can help me or send me my REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION or tell me if I paid too much, too little or the right amount. I typed "Hi" hundreds of times on Whatsapp to receive no solution to my problem, I have phoned, emailed and logged call backs with almost every department and no one can help me. ALL I get is "it may take some time to process" but I registered a month ago and once again NO REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION and no answer if I paid too much, too little or the correct amount.

A bit of the registration back story: I'm in second year and doing 6 modules this year, 3 per semester (Psych, Comm and Soci). My deposit amount on my registration portal was completely different to the amount on the bill of cost (R1600.00 to be exact). I paid R9720.00 for my deposit, however, due to system issues, I followed the bill of cost as advised by the whatsapp hotline. I chose my modules (some showed R0), paid R6480.00, went onto my portal and saw my Soci5122 was not selected (even though I did select it before), and selected and paid R1620.00. Then I paid the outstanding R1620 which the registration support on whatsapp told me to pay manually and send proof of payment to the finance department. I am absolutely exhausted dealing with the stress that Varsity College causes and should be carrying and all I wanted was my registration confirmation and to know if I paid too much or too little of my deposit?

I ALSO would like to know how my deposit is so high for 6 modules this year (R9720) and the module prices increased so tremendously in just a year.
