Varsity College the BIGGEST disappointment!!!

I am a second year distance student with Varsity College Online Campus. Today I decided to share my experience out of desperation, to receive a response from them and get them to upload my student material and modules for 2022, which I have paid for in full for the year. The registration process took me a month, information was only given by Varsity College after I had to ask for it, I had to ask for the manual registration contract , I had to ask for my Academic progression document and every time I was told to WAIT that someone will come back to me...I had four whatsapp conversations , I lodged multiple VC Assist tickets, I called twice..international calls as I live abroad. Eventually after sending my completed contract multiple times, and following up on it, I received a confirmation of registration letter, incorrectly showing that I will do the same module twice in semester 2?? Seriously, after logging another ticket to tell Varsity College this is incorrect, the agent promptly corrected it. I had to ask for my log in details, and I received this on 26 February. As of right now none of my student material and modules have been uploaded, I lodged a ticket with VC Assist on Tuesday 1 March and Wednesday 2 March both remain unanswered, while some of my fellow students already have their module outlines. I send an email to the Online operations manager, NO REPLY, I send another email to the top four management holding back on ADVTECH's CEO, no reply...I even reactivated my facebook account to try and get a response. I received a letter from the Managing Director send to all students, but STILL I have not received what I paid for, my module material!!!!!!! Please Varsity College provide me with my module material. All I can say is if you are considering Varsity College as a tertiary education institution think twice, go somewhere else, find something else, it is not worth all the hassle or the money because YOU deserve better!! I regret starting this journey with Varsity College as they are incapable of meeting my expectations and providing timely support to their online distance students like myself.
