Varsity College Online Student System Inadequate

<div>My son is in his 2nd year studying with Varsity College Online. It is shocking how inadequate their admin system / computer system / portal is. His marks for the first semester exam is still not available - even though they are starting this week with the second semester subjects. His second semester subjects is also not all loaded on his portal? This is very difficult for students to do planning and know what is happening! The system issues has been a problem since the beginning of the year and doesn't seem to get sorted out. It seems that Varsity College is over committing to online students but don't have the support in place for these students to be assisted in a professional manner. Accounts are paid but the services are not rendered. It is really sad as my daughter studied with Varsity College Pretoria Campus full time for 4 years until 2020 and it was working very well then but numbers were less. If Varsity College wants to enroll so many students online and receive the money from these students they also need to ensure the correct infrastructure and support is available to these students. As a parent paying the bills for the studies this is not acceptable.</div>
