Varsity College Online graduation Centre poor service

Morning

I have completed my studies in 2023 I was an online student. Unfortunately to date in 2024, Varsity College Online graduation Centre fails to indicate when will I graduate. I have logged numerous tickets but they still fail to indicate when will I graduate. I got my graduation confirmation letter, however I have no idea when or where I will be graduating. Today 02 April 2024 I called the online graduation center they told me that they do not know when will the graduations take place. Iam so disappointed by the poor service from VC. My student number is ST***8.
