Varsity College Online for absolute incompetence
My daughter is in her final year with Varisty college Online. I have paid her studies for this year, in full, via EFT on 17 January 2023. Varsity College Online has to date, failed to furnish me with proof of registration for my daughter although my daughter has explained to them via whatsapp that I urgently require this document. They only say they need to verify the payment. This after I have already received a receipt from them!
I only need proof of her registration! How difficult can this be?!

22 Feb 2023, 07:43I am still waiting for Varsity College Online to extend me the courtesy of a phone call, or at least the proof of registration for my daughter, for which I have been waiting since 17 January 2023!
