Varsity College is worse than a public institution with regards to service delivery

Varsity college is gone to the absolute dogs. I'm in my final year and the quality of their service now compared to my first year is absolutely ridiculous. Vc online is even worse. From late registrations on their end to papers not being marked and marks not being credited to me, and to make matter worse they won't answer the countless queries and phonecalls made to sort the issue. When it comes to payment of their fees they are over efficient and have a flawless system but when the customer support is needed after the fees have been paid, Goodluck! If I could go back in time and choose elsewhere to study I would.
